The main material of this production are PVC, PP or PE which is for small diameter single wall corrugated pipe.
Molding corrugated pipe with smooth inside and outside surface, and even ripple at one time by corresponding die.
Used as electricity pipe, washing machine drain pipe, dust collector pipe and ventiduct etc.
Small size corrugated pipe of φ4-6.7mm are used in car .

Features and Application
Our PVC pipe extrusion machine has features of low energy consumption, high output, stable running etc.
The standard PVC pipe extrusion machine include: material feeder, SJSZ series conic twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank(for big pipe), haul-off, cutter, stacker/automatic belling machine.
Clients also can choose double/four PVC pipe extrusion line to make small size PVC pipes.
The main electrics for PVC pipe extrusion machine adopt Siemens motor, contactor,
ABB inverter, RKC temperature controller.
